MentorUnion welcomes entrepreneurs, industry practitioners, early and mid-career experts, senior leaders, C-suite executives, and veterans who want to guide the next generation. What matters most is real-world experience and the willingness to share it with clarity and care

You begin with an application that captures your background and areas of expertise. Our team reviews each profile carefully. Once approved, you create your mentor profile and open your availability, allowing mentees to connect with you directly

Each completed call results in a standard honorarium that is disbursed monthly. At the same time, many mentors also choose to offer their time pro bono, driven by passion and the desire to give back

Once your profile is live, mentees discover you through your expertise and book open slots. Calls are conducted virtually. The platform manages scheduling and feedback so you can focus fully on delivering guidance

Mentees include students preparing for higher education, young professionals looking for industry direction, and entrepreneurs refining their ventures. Each comes with specific goals, and the platform matches them with mentors best aligned to their aspirations

There is no fixed requirement. You decide how many slots to open and how often. Most mentors find that two to three active mentees at a time strikes a balance between impact and sustainability

You may guide as many as you feel comfortable with. While there is no strict cap, quality of engagement is paramount, and most mentors choose to focus on a handful of mentees at any given time

Yes. You have full discretion to accept or decline mentee requests. This ensures that each engagement aligns with your expertise, interests, and schedule

Not at this time. The platform is focused exclusively on one-on-one mentorship to ensure depth, personalization, and trust in every interaction

Mentors are expected to provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Emergencies are understood, but no-shows without communication are not acceptable. Timely communication and rescheduling reflect professionalism and respect for your mentees’ time

Yes. Mentors are expected to maintain respect, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times. Solicitation or self-promotion is not permitted. Every interaction should reflect the values and standards of Masters’ Union

After calls, mentees share ratings and short feedback. This gives mentors constructive insight, ensures transparency for future mentees, and highlights those who consistently create impact

Yes. You can pause your availability at any time, complete existing commitments, and return whenever you are ready. There are no penalties for taking a break

Mentors receive onboarding guidance, access to resources, and support from a community of peers. Technical assistance is available, and outstanding mentors are recognized through visibility and features under the Masters’ Union brand
