Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
Confidentiality & Trust:
All discussions within mentorship calls are confidential.
Avoid sharing sensitive or personal information without consent.
Professionalism & Commitment:
Be punctual, prepared, and clear in communication.
Honor agreed session schedules and proactively manage changes.
Set clear boundaries for your availability.
Purpose & Integrity:
Mentor with the mentee’s growth at the center.
Do not self-promote, solicit business, or misuse the platform.
Offer guidance only within your domain of expertise.
Constructive Engagement:
Provide thoughtful, actionable feedback.
Encourage realistic goals and active progress.
Respect mentees’ viewpoints while guiding forward.
Safety & Non-Solicitation:
Refrain from inappropriate language or behavior.
Do not use the platform for spam, schemes, or harassment.
Reporting & Accountability:
Report misconduct to support@mentorunion.org.
We may restrict access or remove accounts for violations.
